Americans Away From Home

March 20 is five years.  Dust from the statue falling, books from the library destroyed, priceless art from the museum, gone.

Five years.  John McCain, the Republican who would be President, is standing proud.  He'd do it all again, adding more red-blooded American soldiers.

I went with the New York Times figures, but it appears we're not below 4,000 anymore.  The military has it at over 4,000 American deaths in Iraq (Military Times article here).  Blood and Treasure:  The treasure cost:
